The Future Automation PIC is a motorised picture lift mechanism used to raise artwork, revealing a recessed, hidden TV behind. They can also be used to hide in wall safes or other auxiliary home cinema equipment. Complete with a remote control, the press of a button gently raises your framed picture out of the way, revealing the TV. When you are done watching TV the artwork slides back down hiding your TV out of sight. The PIC lift comes in three standard models catering for TV screens up to 60″ or a maximum travel of 860mm; bespoke lifts for larger screens are available on request. Future Automation Motorised Picture Lift
The Future Automation PIC lift is a simple and creative way to conceal a flat-screen TV behind a painting or picture. The TV and PIC lift are both recessed into the wall, allowing a piece of artwork to slide up and down to reveal a hidden TV behind. The PIC lift can be used to raise a picture above the TV or, in reverse, to lower the picture under the TV. The artwork lift comes in three standard models, suitable for TVs from 40″ to 60″. The PIC lift is designed for lightweight canvases or framed pictures not exceeding 10kg in total weight. For heavier-framed pictures or mirrors, a heavy-duty version is available, called the PICH.

The PIC lift is designed to be used with the TV recessed into the wall and holds the artwork just 10mm from the wall. This helps to keep everything well hidden and avoid any obstructions during travel. The mechanism motor provides a near-silent, smooth operation, making it ideal for residential and commercial installations. With adjustable travel strokes, the installer can programme the exact position of the lift.
Included with the picture lift is an IR remote control, along with RS232 and contact closure control, enabling easy integration to any existing home automation control system. An RF remote is also available, ideal if this pic lift is being used as a standalone system. The motorised picture lift can be configured to raise or lower artwork, depending on the available wall space for the artwork to move into.
