Home AV Installation – helping you work, REST and play

Welcome to our second instalment in our monthly series, where we explore the audio-visual industry and how it can enhance our lives. This month, we’re diving into the world of rest. If you missed our first instalment on ‘work’, you can catch up here. We’re excited to have you join us on this journey.

For the rest, we’re going to look at the most valid form of relaxing….watching TV. Which, as you can guess, is right at the heart of AV Installation. The service we provide is all about setting up your TV and home entertainment system to enhance your viewing experience while optimising the space available to you within your home, and there are many options available to you.

Short on space? No problem. How about an under-the-bed solution that lets you relax in bed and watch TV, then neatly tucks it away when not in use? Or a ceiling lift that discreetly hides your TV in the loft cavity? Our solutions are designed to make your life easier and your home more relaxing. I’m looking for a solution with a bit more style. Then what about a TV that can be hidden behind artwork, or within a mirror or even within furniture, all of which only become visible when you are ready to use it.

But wait, there’s more. How about a motorised TV wall bracket that can swing out at a 90-degree angle, freeing you from the confines of a stationary TV set? Or a bracket that allows each family member to set their favourite viewing position? You could have a setting for movies, one for gaming, and one for the kids, or even settings optimised for every seat in the room. Our solutions put you in control of your viewing experience, which means you’re no longer confined to a stationary TV set. That’s an option you have available to you. Also, what about a bracket that allows each family member to set their favourite viewing position? You could have a setting dedicated to watching movies, another for gaming and a setting specifically for the kids – or maybe settings optimised for every seat in the room, meaning that no matter when you sit, you can be sure of your best viewing experience. All at the push of a button.

Now, if that isn’t rest, then I don’t know what is.

Now, this post has been all about TV so far, but there are, of course, other means of relaxation that people enjoy, such as listening to music. Don’t worry, we have that covered with in-ceiling speakers. Imagine being able to pipe music into any room in the house: a glass of wine in the bath while a little easy listening plays in the background. Sounds great to us, and it’s all possible with high-quality audiovisual equipment.

That’s not enough for you? Then what about motorised speakers that sit flush to the ceiling or wall when not in use, but then whirr into place when required to diffuse the sound evenly throughout the room: a perfect option for a home cinema solution (more on cinema’s next month for our ‘play’ instalment of the series).

Whether watching TV, movies, or listening to music, there is no doubt that AV equipment can help enhance your enjoyment by providing the best possible experience. In short, it enables you to rest by allowing you to relax while doing some of the things you enjoy in the AV world.
