Artwork Submission Guidelines

To ensure your custom rack panels print with maximum clarity and colour accuracy, please review our artwork guidelines prior to uploading:

1. Preferred File Types

• Vector Formats (Recommended): .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG (please convert all fonts/text to outlines/curves).

• Raster Formats: .PNG, .JPEG, .PSD (minimum 300 DPI at full scale with transparent backgrounds preferred).

2. QR Code Generation

• If you provide a URL or contact link, we will generate a high-contrast vector QR code for you.

• If uploading your own QR code image, ensure it is high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI) and set against a high-contrast background to ensure easy scanning on mobile devices.

3. Colour & Bleed Specs

• Colour Mode: CMYK preferred for best colour matching. RGB files will be automatically converted to CMYK.

• Safe Zone:  We will ensure that critical text and logos are kept at least 10mm away from the top/bottom edges and mounting screw slots.
