Kef Ci160CRds Round Stereo In Ceiling Speaker
The Kef Ci160CRds Round Stereo Speaker is the latest edition to the Kef Uni-Q custom installation speaker family, purpose built for direct flush mounting into ceilings or walls. Designed to smoothly integrate and architecturally match with existing architectural features, KEF’s trademark Uni-Q technology has a decisive performance advantage in these applications, because each point source driver array evenly disperses the sound, ensuring a smooth frequency response over a large area to create a spacious three-dimensional soundscape with genuine texture and depth. With a three-way Uni-Q driver of 160mm (6.5”), the Ci160CRds is as satisfyingly musical to hear as it is neat in appearance.
The Ci160CRds delivers Hi-Fi quality sound through a polypropylene cone low frequency driver with two high frequency driver mounted at the acoustic centre of the LF drive unit. The bezel and grill can be painted to match the interior decor of the room.

Providing a compact solution to the problem of Hi-Fi quality sound from an in-wall/ceiling speaker. The Ci160CRds is a dual stereo model creating stereo sound from a single speaker, ideal for when there is limited space. The Ci160CRds consists of a polypropylene cone LF driver with a dual HF unit mounted at the acoustic centre of the LF unit. The bezel and grill can be painted to match the interior decor.

Applications
The Ci Series Ci160CRds was designed to replace two left and right channel speakers with a singe stereo speaker specifically for areas where space is a premium. The dual channel stereo speaker is suitable for use in a wide range of venues such as:

Architectural Specifications
The Ci Series Ci160CRds consist of: 2 X 19mm aluminium dome tweeter 160mm white polyproylene cone with double neo compound magnet system.
Performance of the Ci160CRds shall meet or exceed the following criteria: frequency response 1 metre on-axis with swept sinewave shall be 38Hz to 34kHz , sensitivity shall be at least 91dB for 2.83V@1m. The 2.83V@1m. The driver impedance shall be 8 ohms.
