The Future Automation PICSPLIT is a unique new way to hide your flat-screen TV behind a pair of sliding pictures or panels. The PICSPLIT comes in two mechanisms that mount on either side of the recessed TV, providing horizontal motion in opposite directions. A pair of panels, pictures, or canvases is mounted side by side on the lifts in front of the TV, touching in the middle. When you’re ready to relax and watch TV, press a button. The artworks or panels are split apart from the middle in opposite directions, sliding out of the way to reveal a hidden TV behind. This innovative picture lift mechanism is ideal for customers with large screens and limited ceiling heights that can’t use a vertical lift. The PICSPLIT also offers new opportunities for interior designers looking to hide a TV and add a little drama with a conceal-and-reveal TV system.
The PICSPLIT dual panel mechanism comes in 4 standard models designed to cater for screens up to 75″ with a maximum combined panel travel of 1800mm wide. Each lift can support a panel, picture, or artwork weighing up to 15 kg.

The Future Automation PICSPLIT lifts are surface-mounted and designed to be used in combination with a recessed TV. The lift holds the panels or pictures just 10mm from the wall. This keeps everything looking plush and conceals any unsightly areas while avoiding obstructions during the lift’s motion. The nearly silent motor provides effortless, smooth operation, making it ideal for both residential and commercial installations. With adjustable travel strokes via dead stops at both open and closed positions, the installer can set the position of the lifts precisely.
Included with the PICSPLIT is an IR remote control, along with RS-232 and contact closure control, enabling easy integration with any existing home automation control system. An RF remote is also available, ideal if this pic lift is being used as a standalone system. The motorised picture lift can be configured to raise or lower artwork, depending on the available wall space for the artwork to move into.
