Samsung 32″ Frame TV Vesa Adaptor Plate
Are you struggling to find a TV wall mount compatible with the 32″ Samsung Frame TV?
You’re not alone its a common problem. You need our 32″ Frame TV VESA adaptor plate.
What is VESA?
VESA is the universal standard used by TV manufacturers to specify the distance between the mounting holes on the back of the TV’s. To find out your VESA you measure the distance between the mounting points horizontally and vertically. For example, 100 x 100, 200 x 200, 300 x 300, and so on.
Why do you need an adaptor plate?
The Samsung Frame 32 has an unusual non-compatible VESA mounting pattern. Sadly this makes it impossible to mount the 32″ Frame TV to standard TV brackets without a adaptor.
Therefore we have made following simple adaptor plate designed to convert the non standard vesa mounting hole pattern on the back of the Samsung 32″ Frame TV to a standard 200 x 200 vesa mounting. As a result this makes the TV compatible with all VESA 200 x 200 compliant wall mount brackets, especially helpful when swapping older TVs out for the new Frame TVs.
All the fixings needed to attach the adaptor plate to your wall bracket and the Frame TV are included along with a 3mm allen key and wrench.

I am thinking of buying a Samsung Frame 32" and the AVF

Yes the adaptor plate will work with this floor stand using the VESA 200 x 200 holes on the mounting arms.
Please also note that given the nature of the bracket you have sent you may even get away with not needing the adaptor plate. It may worth trying first without and if the none of the holes and slots on the mounting arms lineup then consider the adaptor plate.

Yes, the adaptor plate can be used with any floor stand TV bracket that can support 200 x 200 VESA
I would look at the FM TV Floor Mount which can be supplied with a 200 x 200 plate compatible with this adaptor plate

How much thickness does this adaptor add to the mounting? Or put another way, how thick is the adaptor once mounted? I'm trying to estimate the distance from the wall once the adaptor is used with a slim articulating wall mount.

Thanks for your question.
The Adaptor plate adds 3 mm to the depth and can be used with any 200 x 200 wall mount
If you want the ultimate no gap articulating wall mount system for a Frame 32 I would consider the WB16-2S and PS32 you can even hide the one connect box behind the TV and the bracket folds away back into the recessed wall box.
