Description
Venset TS600b TV Lift Mechanism
Designed for small to medium-sized modern flat-screen TVs up to 40 inches with a maximum peak weight of 8kg. The TS600b is our most Lightweight compact lift. It requires a minimum built-in height of 500 mm, making it ideal for smaller screens. The lift offers an incredible lifting stroke of 600mm due to its telescopic design. The TS600b also boasts an extremely low profile at only 45mm deep. This lets cabinet makers keep height and depth down when needed, making the lift usable for installation almost anywhere.
The TS600b Lift suits many other applications that require a lift mechanism. It can operate as a lifter, upside down to lower, or horizontally, making it an ideal furniture lift, ceiling lift, or even a horizontal picture slider. This lets you conceal your TV in multiple ways when it’s not in use. It comes as standard in raise mode, but full instructions are included to configure the unit to lower. The Venset range of lifts suits all kinds of projects. They are often used to lower microwaves and other kitchen appliances from cupboards, or to raise them from kitchen counters/islands.
Additional Design Features of the TS660b
The design of the lift allows the user, if required to adjust the total stroke of the lifting action up to a total maximum stroke of 600mm the total stroke can can be adjusted this allows the installer to finely tune the total height that the lift comes out of the cabinet, extremely handy if you are planning to fit a baseboard. In addition, the lift features an anti-squeeze safety mechanism: if the moving parts meet an obstacle during operation, the lift will stop and reverse.
Another great design feature is the back of the TS600B: it is completely flat, with no protruding screws or intrusive features. This makes the lift ideal for installations where the lift is visible from the rear, such as in an end-of-bed TV Lift cabinet or for raising a monitor from a desk.
What’s in the Box?
The Venset TV lift comes with an RF remote control system and a single key fob remote handset. You don’t need to be in line of sight for the remote to work. The receiver can be concealed within the cabinet; it also includes a manual panel-mounted rocker switch. The Lift supports all VESA mounting patterns from 100 x 100 up to a maximum of 200 x 200. A Lid lifter attachment is also included to protect your TV from striking the lid. Everything required is in the box except for the mounting bolts required to fix your TV to the Lift.

Key things to take into account when ordering a lift.
1. Your built-in height (minimum height required inside the cabinet to house the TV Lift)
2. Your lift stroke (maximum travel on the lift for your TV to be raised from the cabinet)
To ensure smooth operation, measure your screen’s total height and add allowances for the cabinet lid or opening, so you can achieve a perfect fit without surprises.

I wanted a lift to lower my 40\” tv from the ceiling from my loft into my bedroom and it works perfectly im really pleased with it.it took about 3 hours and some careful measuring and cutting but found it fairly straightforward to do i just mounted the tv and lift on a piece of 1\” chipboard that I had previously fixed securely in my loft vertically to the joists and rafters then built a box around it and all works a treat.
I have no special training on the installation as i’m a plumber by trade it just takes a bit of common sense and planning.
Now my bedroom looks like something out of mtv’s cribs!!

Solid structure with a shallow depth. All wiring is plug and socket. The jumpers in the control box need to be set with narrow-nosed pliers
