Standard Shipping

AV Installs Ltd’s standard shipping to the mainland UK is a three-day service, unless otherwise stated or the customer has selected an alternative delivery service. Larger items will be sent by courier, and smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail. If customers have any concerns regarding their delivery, please call customer services on 0800 669 6600

AV Installs does ship to Europe. Quotations for international shipping are available on request. Please use the contact form.

Returns, Cancellations and Refund Policy For Consumers 

The following applies to consumers only. For more information on returns for businesses, please contact us.

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of placing the order, or 30 days after delivery of the goods (whichever is later).

How do I cancel an order before it is delivered?

If you’d like to cancel your order before delivery, please call our contact centre on 0800 669 6600, and we can discuss the cancellation and whether you require an alternative product to be sent to you or a refund.

How do I return a product after it has been delivered?

If you’d like to return a product to us, please call our contact centre on 0800 669 6600, and we’ll discuss the issue with you to determine whether an alternative product needs to be sent or a refund is required.

> Consumers may return the goods within 30 days from the day of delivery

> The product must be in pristine condition, unopened, and without any seals broken on the packaging

For all returns, the product must:

> Be complete with all manuals, accessories, etc

> Be returned along with any gifts

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

Although we take every care to ensure your product arrives in pristine condition, on rare occasions, a product may get damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please call us immediately on 0800 669 6600 and we’ll discuss collection and either a refund or a replacement product.

We do ask that you:

> Do not use the product for your safety

> Inform us straight away

What happens if my item is faulty?

Should you suspect a fault with your product, please make sure:

* You have read the troubleshooting section of the manual, as it may be a common fault that can be easily resolved

If you are unable to resolve the problem, please do not hesitate to contact our contact centre on 0800 669 6600 or log in to My Account and use the Contact Us facility. We’ll be happy to help you with the issue.

For all products, if a fault occurs within 28 days of delivery, you have the option of a prompt repair, a refund, or an exchange.

Please keep in mind that we may request to look over the goods to confirm the fault or ask you to conduct a telephone diagnostic to ensure it is not a problem that can be resolved quickly.
