The Future Automation CHRTS combines all the features of the CHR ceiling TV lift range. A fold-down TV lift with additional telescopic drop and rotation that hides a TV in the ceiling when you’re not watching it. With the press of a button, the motorised CHRTS folds down the TV elegantly from the ceiling. You can also lower the TV further into the room with the additional telescopic drop. Additionally, you can rotate the TV 180 degrees in either direction. The CHRTS provides the maximum amount of articulation and flexibility, ensuring that the TV screen can be viewed from anywhere. Available in 5 sizes, accommodating screens from 40″ to 86″. The CHRST Ceiling Hinge TV lift comes with a unique plaster-in-edge kit for seamless integration into your ceiling, with no visible bezel or trim. Future Automation CHRTS Fold Down TV Lift With Extra Drop & Rotation
The Future Automation CHRTS is a fantastic new solution for hiding a flat-screen TV in residential homes or anywhere with a plasterboard ceiling. A built-in ceiling hinge drop-down TV lift that folds down 90 degrees, then lowers the TV further into the room using the telescopic feature. This lift can also rotate the TV 180 degrees in both directions when it’s lowered. When you’re not watching TV, the screen is completely hidden in the ceiling, folded up out of sight. With a press of a button the lift gently hinges the TV down from the ceiling the lowers the TV. Available in 5 different models the CHRTS ceiling TV Lift is suitable for flat screen TV’s from 40″ right up to 86″.
The CHRTS series is perfect for those with tall ceilings in large, open-plan living spaces, allowing televisions to be concealed unobtrusively when not in use. Furthermore, the additional telescopic vertical drop and rotation make this particularly useful for customers who want to watch their TV from multiple rooms or seating positions.

The new Future Automation CHRTS range features an MDF “Plaster In Edge”, which allows for a neat installation into the ceiling, designed to eliminate any visibility on the ceiling flange around the mechanism itself. This fantastic new addition helps create a seamless installation with only the thinnest of shadow gaps around the lid when closed. All CHRT units are shipped as a single, complete unit, ready for installation. This dramatically reduces the chance of errors during installation and streamlines the entire process.
The CHRTS range of ceiling hinge TV lift mechanisms can be controlled by RS232, contact closure, and, as standard, comes complete with an IR remote control, making it fully integratable with most brands of home automation control systems. Also available is an RF remote option, which allows the lift to operate remotely out of line of sight —a handy addition if the unit is not being configured to an existing control system.
