Future Automation LSH TV Lift & Inverted I-LSH Ceiling Lift Mechanism
The Future Automation LSH & inverted I-LSH TV lift mechanisms are premium heavy-duty lifts designed for large-format screens. Hide your TV in furniture, cabinetry, ceilings and architectural joinery. The LSH raises and lowers a screen at the press of a button, delivering a smooth motion with exceptional stability, unlike cheaper budget lifts. Boasting a near-silent motor system and full cable management, it’s no wonder the LSH is the professional’s choice.
The LSH TV lift is available in 5 different-sized models and is suitable for screens from 65 to 105 inches. This minimises the size of the mechanism, allowing cabinet makers to keep build-in height requirements to a minimum. This is essential when housing large-format screens in cabinets.

Standard Cabinet Lid Options
As standard, there are two ways of opening the cabinet lid.
Fixed Panel Lid
- Floating Lid: Cabinet makers can attach a simple fixed panel to the top of the lift that matches the joinery. The panel raises with the TV, and a baseboard fills the aperture when the TV is raised.
Box Enclosure
- Box Enclosure: Alternatively, the TV can be completely enclosed in a box enclosure, which allows the back and side of the TV to be hidden when extended. This is a great option if you are making an end-of-bed TV cabinet or installing a ceiling-mounted TV lift to lower a TV.

Drop & Slide Lid
- Drop & Slide: Picture this. A motorised cabinet lid gently lowers into the cabinet and slides out of the way before the lift quietly raises your TV from the cabinet to the perfect viewing height. When the TV returns, the lid slides back out and raises to close the cabinet.
Automated Hinged Flap
- Automated Hinged Flap:Â With the press of a button, an automated flap on the cabinet automatically hinges the lid open, ready for the TV. When the TV lowers into the cabinet, the flap automatically hinges the lid back to the closed position.
*Please note that in both upgraded and standard versions, you can fit a baseboard that fills the aperture when the TV is in the raised position.
Control Features
The LSH & I-LSH TV lift mechanism can be controlled via RS232 and contact closure and, as standard, comes complete with an IR remote control. Making it fully compatible with all home automation control system brands. Also available is an RF remote option that allows the lift to operate remotely out of line of sight—a handy addition if the unit is a standalone system.
