We bought this product after speaking to Boyd who was professional and very knowledgeable. We had been told by two seperate local engineers that no such lift existed. The lift arrived well packed and with clear instructions. It is a heavy duty piece of equiptment that fits neatly together. The noise level for such a peice is discreet. The remote control is a gadget buffs dream, you'll hardly know you are holding it. We would highly recommend you purchase this item from AV Installs they offer customer service you just don't get anywhere else these days, and we also had great after sales care when we needed an enquiry answered. Great value for money for a great piece of kit, from great guys at a great company....

Thank you AV Installs for a job well done. Our recessed 55" TV, mounted sound bar and hidden cabling is fantastic. Boyd's suggestion for the glass shelving unit was perfect and although I was initially sceptical, he definitely knows what he is talking about! Customer service was excellent even coming back to help re connect everything once our decoration had been completed. We love our new snug - thank you Boyd & AV Installs....

I used AV Installs to put up my flat screen TV on the wall and would highly recommend them. AV Installs were very helpful, especially as I am not very technical, explained all the options available to me and fitted the TV within my budget. My TV was fitted with little disruption and is now a fantastic feature in my living room....

I would like to give my grateful thanks to AV Installs for the recent Television Installation carried out at my home, As I am myself a music lover and collector of the same over a very long period of time,also the means to play these a CD player and also Record deck and mixer and not forgetting the necessary Television set for my wife our living room was starting to become very cramped, After numerous calls to a number of companies and several conversations which left me with more questions than answers, I finally contacted AV Installs and had a long chat to their technician who talked me through what proved to be the ideal solution to our problems which was to hang our television on the wall and integrate my music and laptop into this, The work was carried out in a very professional manner to the highest standard with all the cables recessed into the walls with minimal damage to the original decor the end result has left us with much tidier living room and the ability to link my laptop into the Television with consummate ease due to the system which has been installed, I have no hesitation in recommending this company for any audio/visual requirements
