Key Technical Factors to Consider Before Buying

• Solder-Free Binding Posts: Avoid complex soldering inside wall cavities. Our dual-purpose, gold-plated posts accept bare wire or 4mm banana plugs identically on both the front and back of the plate.

• Subwoofer Right-Angle Adaptor: Each plate is supplied with a gold-plated 90-degree right-angle RCA coupler for the back of the plate, easing strain on cables inside tight wall cavities.

• Clear Engraving: To eliminate wiring mistakes behind the receiver, all terminals are permanently engraved with channel locations: FL, FR, C, SL, SR, RSL, RSR, and SUB.

Helpful Tip

AV Installs highly recommends using deeper backboxes, such as 42mm or 47mm deep back boxes (dryline or flush masonry). This gives the installer extra room behind the plate to route the in-wall speaker cables without causing damage or pinching them.
